Michael Young and George Kiser have been elected partners of HeplerBroom LLC. Young works in the St. Louis office and Kiser works in the Edwardsville office.

Young is a litigation attorney with a primary emphasis in the practice of insurance law. He represents both insureds and insurers in complex insurance coverage matters at all stages of the claims process. Young’s litigation practice also includes the defense of personal injury, products liability, and white collar criminal defense matters.

Young is admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the Western District of Missouri, the Southern District of Illinois and the Central District of Illinois, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh and Eighth Circuits.

Kiser is a litigation attorney in the areas of products and premises liability with special emphasis on toxic tort defense, including asbestos, manganese and silica.

Kiser is admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the Southern and Northern Districts of Illinois. He was admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh and Eighth Circuits.
