Asbestos HeplerBroom LLC has been involved in defending asbestos-related disease claims since cases began in Madison County in 1986. The Firm has four trial partners that have tried asbestos cases to verdict in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Virginia. Please see below for information and results on those trials. We have tried more asbestos cases to verdict in Madison County than any other firm. HeplerBroom LLC also serves as National Counsel for several clients as well as local and regional for others in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Missouri. With nearly 1000 cases set for trial in a year, the firm has a team of 28 attorneys and 25 paralegals that handle asbestos lawsuits.
