The firm has handled numerous cases involving a variety of subjects including mechanic’s liens, delay claims, malpractice claims against constructors, architects, engineers and other project professionals, complex contract claims requiring document management, accounting, audit procedures and a variety of insurance-related items. The head of the Construction Litigation group, John D. Wendler, has taught Construction Law at Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville, School of Engineering, for the past 19 years.
