Construction Litigation Law The construction process is more challenging daily with the advent of new construction techniques, new relationships on the job site, insurance issues and a host of other “risk” items that have to be recognized and addressed. The head of the Construction Litigation group, John D. Wendler, has taught Construction Law at Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville, School of Engineering, for the past 19 years.
